The FC Dallas WTX Academy Program provides a developmental bridge between recreational soccer and select soccer for U7-U10 age groups.
Typically it’s for those players that excel at the recreational level and desire an additional environment that is more competitive with advanced coaching. It is, however open to all players.

FC Dallas WTX Academy philosophy is to develop skillful players in a fun and competitive environment where we encourage individual creativity. We want players to problem solve, improvise and make decisions on their own during practices and games. We also want players to play completely free with no fear of failure. The goal of our FC Dallas Academy teams is to learn the necessary tools to develop to their full potential as a soccer player.
How to Get Involved
Training groups are constantly forming throughout the year and anyone can attend Juniors training sessions at anytime, regardless of the time of year and of soccer club/soccer association affiliation.

FC Dallas WTX Academy teams also participate in the Red Raider Academy league hosted by Texas Tech University Women’s Soccer Program. Participation in the Academy League is not mandatory to participate in the FC Dallas WTX Academy program. The league was created to give those players who strive for a competitive environment an opportunity to incorporate the skills and knowledge they have learned while participating in the Academy program. They will play against other competitive academy teams from Lubbock and Amarillo.
